Gr4
Grade 4 is the highest strength among pure titanium grades. It is used in working environments from 0 to 427°C, with intermittent temperatures up to 538°C for welding. The production process involves: releasing pressure at 482-593°C for 30 minutes to 4 hours, followed by air cooling. Annealing is done at 649-816°C for 15 minutes to 2 hours, followed by air cooling. For forgings: closed heating at 871-927°C, completed at 816-871°C.
