Fe: ≤3.0,
Cr: 20.0～24.0,
Co: ≤5.0,
Mo:1.0～3.0,
W: 13.0～15.0,
C: 0.05～0.15,
Si: 0.25～0.75,
Mn:0.30～1.00,
P: ≤0.030,
S: ≤0.015,
Al: 0.20～0.50,
La:0.005～0.050,
B: ≤0.015,
Ni margin.
The thermal processing characteristics of Inconel 230 are similar to those of Inconel 617 and 625. The alloy can be in the temperature range of 1010~1230°C
Large deformation is processed within the perimeter, and small deformation can be processed at 954°C. Although it is easy to align by conventional processes
Gold is cold-worked, however, the alloy has a high work hardening rate. To achieve the effect, it should be combined under fine-grained conditions
Gold is cold-worked, and multiple intermediate annealing should be used.
The annealing temperature before processing should be 1066~1149°C to avoid coarse crystalline structure.
