Inconel X-750

Inconel X-750 alloy is primarily a nickel-based high-temperature alloy that is strengthened by aging with the γ′ [Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase. It exhibits good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980°C, high strength below 800°C, and good relaxation resistance below 540°C. Additionally, it has excellent forming and welding properties. This alloy is mainly used to manufacture annular parts, structural components, and bolts that operate below 800°C and require high strength and corrosion resistance, as well as flat springs and helical springs that operate below 540°C with moderate or lower stress and require relaxation resistance. It can also be used to manufacture parts such as gas turbine blades. Available forms include plates, strips, bars, forgings, rings, wires, and tubes.
