Product classification
1J30 soft magnetic alloy
1J30 is a magnetic temperature compensation alloy. Specifications: Cold-rolled strip: 0.03-0.10×2.5-100mm, 0.10-1.00×1.5-200mm, 1.00-2.50×6.0-200mm. Product Features: This is a type of alloy with a low Curie temperature (25℃ to 200℃). Its prominent feature is that below the Curie temperature, the magnetic induction value decreases sharply with increasing temperature, and it almost shows a linear relationship. Product Applications: Typically used in magnetic temperature compensation components or temperature sensing elements in devices such as traveling wave tubes, magnetrons, wind direction and wind flow meters, voltage regulators, odometers, gasoline gauges, and electric meters that use permanent magnets.

Cold-rolled strip: 0.03-0.10×2.5-100mm 0.10-1.00×1.5-200mm 1.00-2.50×6.0-200mm
Product features: This is a type of low Curie temperature (25℃~200℃) alloy, characterized by a sharp decrease in magnetic induction value with increasing temperature below the Curie temperature, and it almost shows a linear relationship.
Product applications: Typically used in traveling wave tubes, magnetrons, wind direction and wind speed meters, voltage regulators, mileage speedometers, gasoline meters, electric meters, etc., as magnetic shunt temperature compensation components or temperature sensing components.
Chemical composition: Grade: 1J30 chemical composition Carbon C ≤ 0.04 Phosphorus P ≤ 0.02 Sulfur S ≤ 0.02 Manganese Mn ≤ 0.4 Silicon Si ≤ 0.3 Copper Cu Chromium Cr ~ Molybdenum Mo Nickel Ni 29.5~30.5 Cobalt Co Iron Fe remainder
Operating temperature range is -55~70℃, mainly used in traveling wave tubes, magnetrons, wind direction and wind speed meters, etc. The magnetic temperature performance is similar to that of iron-nickel binary alloys and has high resistivity iron-nickel-aluminum alloys.
Generally used in an annealed state, heated in vacuum or hydrogen to 800~1000℃, and held for 30~120 minutes. Then cool in the furnace.
