Incoloy926
Incoloy926 alloy is a nickel-based alloy containing titanium and aluminum, containing enough chromium to form and maintain a sufficient scale of chromium oxide to protect it at high temperatures, and its oxidation resistance is no less than that of higher grades of alloys that can be used at temperatures up to 1900 degrees Fahrenheit (1038°C).

The smallest value of the mechanical properties of Incoloy926 alloy at room temperature:
(1) Incoloy 926 tensile strength 650Rm N/mm2.
(2) The yield strength of Incoloy 926 is 295 RP0.2 N/mm2.
(3) Incoloy 926 elongation A5 %: 35.
Incoloy926 alloy application area
1, fire protection system, seawater purification system, hydraulic and perfusion piping system in marine engineering.
2. Bleaching tank in cellulose pulp production.
3. Polished bars in corrosive oil wells.
4. Hose system in marine engineering.
5. Pipelines, joints, gas flow systems, etc. in the production of sour gas.
6. Components in the flue gas desulfurization system.
7. Evaporators, heat exchangers, filters, mixers, etc. in phosphoric acid production.
8. Sulfuric acid separation and condensation system.
