Inconloy A-286金相安排结构:
该合金在标准热处理状态下,在γ基体上有球关均匀弥散的NI3(Ti,Al)型γ'相以及TiN,TiC,晶界有微量的M3B2,晶界邻近可能有少数η相和L相。
Inconloy A-286工艺功能与要求:
1、该合金具有良好的可锻功能,铸造加热温度1140℃,终锻900℃。
2、该合金的晶粒度平均尺寸与锻件的变形程度、终锻温度密切相关。
3、合金具有满足的焊接功能。合金于固溶状态进行焊接,焊后进行时效处理。
