Incoloy330
Incoloy 330 (N08330) is a nickel-iron-chromium austenitic alloy designed for oxidation and carburizing at high temperatures. The nickel content of 34%-37% gives the material high resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and sigma phase precipitation embrittlement. The material is machined through standard machining procedures for stainless steel and nickel alloys. It is widely used to resist corrosion in the environment where circulating heating and carburizing are combined.

Incoloy 330 (N08830) Nickel-Based Alloy Corrosion Resistance:
Incoloy 330 (N08830) has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing, carburizing, and nitriding environments. In an aqueous environment, the chromium component of 330 can resist oxidation environment corrosion, and the nickel component can enhance the resistance to reducing corrosion. The alloy's high nickel content makes the material highly resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and sigma phase embrittlement.

Incoloy 330(N08830)镍基合金热处理:
Incoloy 330(N08830)是一种奥氏体不锈钢,它不能通过热处理进行硬化。只有通过冷加工才能进行硬化,达到室温的强度。对于大多数的高温环境应用,330在冷成形或者焊接后不作退火处理。 如果材料需要完全退火,应在1870-2050°F (1020-1120°C)的温度范围内进行。对材料进行水淬可以得到较佳的抗蠕变性能,但迅速冷却至800°F (425°C)以下也能达到同样效果。
