Product classification
UNS N08810 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy known for its excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. It is commonly used in applications such as gas turbine components, heat exchangers, and chemical processing equipment.
800H is resistant to many corrosive media. Its high nickel content provides excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking under aqueous corrosion conditions. The high chromium content gives it better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. This alloy has good resistance to nitric acid and organic acid corrosion, but its corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid is limited. Apart from the potential for pitting corrosion in halides, it exhibits good corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. It also shows good corrosion resistance in water, steam, and mixtures of steam, air, and carbon dioxide.

The physical properties of Incoloy 800H:
Density 8.0g/cm3
Melting point 1350-1400℃
The 800H alloy has the following characteristics:
Excellent corrosion resistance in aqueous media at temperatures up to 500℃.
2. Good resistance to stress corrosion.
3. Good machinability.
The metallographic structure of Incoloy 800H:
800H has a face-centered cubic lattice structure. The very low carbon content and increased Ti:C ratio enhance the stability of the structure and provide significant resistance to sensitization and intergranular corrosion.
Low-temperature annealing at around 950℃ ensures a fine-grained structure.
