Typical 6 molybdenum (high molybdenum content 6.3%) super austenitic stainless steel. Resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion.
Its ability is superior to that of 300 series stainless steel, and the cost is lower than that of corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys. It shows good corrosion resistance in various severe corrosive environments.
It is suitable for high chloride aqueous solutions and chloride corrosive environments. Used in various high chloride environments: bleaching agents (sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide), halogens, and chemicals with high salt or seawater content.
