Alloy600 (Inconel 600) is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy, widely used in various industrial fields due to its excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.

The chemical composition of Alloy600 mainly includes:
· Nickel (Ni): 72.0% min
· Chromium (Cr): 14.0 - 17.0%
· Iron (Fe): 6.0 - 10.0%
· Carbon (C): ≤0.15%
· Manganese (Mn): ≤1.00%
· Silicon (Si): ≤0.50%
· Copper (Cu): ≤0.50%
· Titanium (Ti): ≤0.30%
· Aluminum (Al): ≤0.30%
· Phosphorus (P): ≤0.020%
· Sulfur (S): ≤0.015%

· Density: 8.43 g/cm³
· Melting Point: 1354 - 1413℃

Mechanical Properties
Alloy600 exhibits different mechanical properties at different temperatures:
· Tensile Strength (MPa): 550-690 MPa
· Yield Strength (MPA): RP0.2 N/mm2: 205-345 MPa
· Elongation: 35-55%
Machinability
Alloy600 can be strengthened through cold working and can be joined by resistance welding, fusion welding, or brazing. It is suitable for making oxidation-resistant parts that bear low loads at temperatures below 1100℃.
